Provided full planning support including programme development, NEC compliance, progress tracking and delay analysis on a complex nuclear infrastructure project.
The work required detailed integration of procurement, documentation and construction activities. A detailed programme was developed using experience and data from a comparable previous project, helping the delivery team identify key risks, opportunities and critical interfaces at an early stage.
Ongoing planning advice supported the client in understanding programme risk, maintaining an accurate delivery position and developing Extension of Time submissions where required.
Outcome: Improved programme accuracy, earlier identification of risk and a stronger basis for programme management and EOT negotiation.

Norwich Castle- Delay Analysis

Provided specialist delay analysis services as part of a dispute resolution assignment relating to the Norwich Castle redevelopment project.
Outcome: Delivered a robust, evidence-based delay analysis that strengthened the client’s negotiating position, clarified responsibility for delay and supported the successful resolution of the dispute.

- Provided comprehensive planning, programme management and delay analysis support for a major NEC4 defence infrastructure package in South West England, valued at more than £50 million, from early project development through to practical completion.
- The commission included early-stage quantities and take-offs, tender programme development and production of a compliant NEC4 Clause 31 baseline programme. Detailed programmes were developed from first principles for multiple work packages
- Outcome: Delivered a robust contract-compliant programme through to practical completion, achieved regular programme acceptance, improved subcontractor coordination and strengthened the client’s position in delay negotiations.
